From Startup to 4M in ARR for Natural Health DTC Brand

Bend Soap utilized ROUX to optimize their creative approach by focusing on telling their unique story—helping them stand out in a very competitive marketplace of skincare products. By getting potential consumers connected to their story, they were able to significantly grow their LTV while maintaining a lifetime Meta ad attribution of over 4x. One ad generated over $500K in sales alone, simply telling the story of their family and the "why" behind what they do. This creative direction also helped them achieve their single biggest month of gross sales, with an $800K BFCM campaign that was propelled by 14x ROAS ad performance.

Following iOS 14.5 updates, ROUX worked diligently with Bend Soap to strategically help them continue scaling their advertising spend, enabling them to continue growing their overall business. This was accomplished, in part, by shifting away from focusing on "direct ad attribution" and scaling instead based on top-line Shopify revenue. As a result, they were able to scale their business while maintaining a consistent ad spend to Shopify ROAS.
